Although the car rental office is located outside of airport, it's less than 5 minutes' ride away. It's easy to arrange pick up transfer with the company when you reach the airport. They also dropped us off at airport after returning the car.Overall the staff are friendly and professional. We bought full insurance and the process of picking up and returning the car was quick and smooth. They also checked our flight departure time to ensure that we have adequate time to return the car and clear the custom.The car itself is well maintained and clean. Will recommend this company for car rental!

A great car rental company.• Web site easy to read, booking process and service seamless. The possibility of paying by debit card without a deposit when taking full insurance, which price differs minimally. (Disposable cards work)• No hidden costs, everything is described clearly on the website, the only thing that is not supported by full insurance is wheels and glass. Due to the low cost of the rental I really recommend to add this 10 euros per day and explore the Azores without any worries.• A very nice employee was on site at the appointed time in the form, took us to the rental parking lot and pick up the car took literally 10 minutes.• We drove a car from the group A (Opel Corsa), the car was in very good condition and with no problem coped with the mountain Azores.• No need to wash and clean the car is an additional comfort.• It also took 10 minutes to return the car and the employee drove us back to the airport.I recommend 100%.

Highly recommend renting from Amazing Island! We rented an automatic car that did everything it needed to do, even getting us up the steep and winding roads above the lakes. The service was also quite convenient — we dropped the car off, and were shuttled to the airport as a complimentary service. Especially with the prices that Amazing Island offers, it’s hard to beat the ease of working with them. I’d recommend getting the tires and rims insurance; for us, the peace of mind was well worth the extra ~€5 a day.My only complaint is that the booking process was a little confusing. I never received a confirmation email, but the team was very responsive when I emailed them. Despite this minor detail, our car rental caused us little worry or stress :)

Um excelente serviço. Desde o 1 dia em que nos vão buscar ao aeroporto, nos levam até ao stand onde estão os carros. O processo todo desde o aeroporto até termos as chaves na mão, não demorou mais de 15 minutos. E no último dia, exatamente igual, não demorou nada. Sempre muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Recomendo muito :).

Unkompliziert, schnell, freundlich. Ein Shuttelservice war, obwohl nicht gebucht, problemlos kostenlos möglich.Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen problemlos möglich durch ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.Nächstes mal wieder!
